About us
Exploring new paths and discovering surprising angles is our way of seeing and doing things.
Wanda & Rebekka
Our years of experience as experts on leadership and organisational development form the basis for both the Purpose Game and the Travellers Discovery Scan. In client assignments (profit & non-profit), we often come across contradictions and dilemmas: fears and desires, holding on and forging ahead, heaviness and lightness, moral compass and commercial action orientation, etc. It is precisely by looking these dilemmas full ‘in the face’ and exploring them that space for meaning and renewal is created.
We have woven this melting pot of valuable experiences into the Purpose Game. They are in the question cards, hidden in the game board, in the structure of the stages and in the explanation of the Travellers. Giving meaning with playfulness and humour; that is what we go for.
Our Dream
Our dream is to bring more lightness and humour to exploring the obstacles that hold you back from your life purpose. The Purpose Game is a journey is where you go on a playful adventure to see yourself with different eyes.
