Impactful journey
One team, one game
When you play the Purpose Game as a team, you start a journey of discovery together. You get to know not only your own strengths, but also those of your teammates. All results together form an overview of the strengths and qualities of the entire team. During the game, you answer important questions together for the team and conclude each stage with a team question that brings you closer to a common goal. Each player keeps a personal journey log in a Purpose Journal. At the end of each stage, the individual answers are compiled into one answer that the whole team agrees with. This answer appears on the Purpose Poster and forms the summary of your team journey.
Visualising the strength of the team
The Traveller Discovery Scan is an important part of the Purpose Game. This personality analysis gives each player insight into his or her unique blueprint. The results of all individual scans are compiled into a team wheel, which reveals the qualities, strengths and challenges of the entire team. This provides the team with a clear picture of strengths, challenges and opportunities for growth. The main output of this component is clarity on how to jointly realise the team-purpose.
Purpose Guides
A Purpose Guide acts as both facilitator and coach, ensuring a smooth process, maintaining momentum, and creating space for everyone. They provide clarity on group dynamics and uncover underlying patterns within the bigger picture. This guidance is essential for maximizing the game’s potential and getting to the heart of the matter.
